1. Username Reservation Rules

Through our Beta Phase 1 reservation platform, users can temporarily reserve a username. Please note:

Reserving a username during the waitlist phase does not guarantee permanent, legal ownership of that username.
Galsnik reserves the right to revoke, reassign, or alter any reserved username if it infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, contains offensive language, or mimics known public figures or brands.
Usernames are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to platform validation during full account creation.

2. Communication Consent

By dropping your email address to claim a username, you grant Galsnik explicit permission to send you technical notifications, project updates, beta testing invitations, and promotional content related to the launch of our platform. You may opt-out of these notifications at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All contents of this website, including but not limited to the Galsnik name, logo, custom branding accents, and codebase, are the intellectual property of Galsnik. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or distribute any element of this landing page without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Galsnik is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during this promotional beta deployment. We make no guarantees that the software will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free. We are not liable for the data storage failures of early reservation requests.

5. Changes to These Terms

As Galsnik evolves from Phase 1 Beta into our comprehensive localized social ecosystem, these terms will change. We reserve the right to alter these conditions at any time without prior individual notice.
