Notice and Action — for organisations

Effective 1 September 2026

If you represent an organisation and believe content on Glasnik about you is unlawful or breaches our rules, this page explains how to tell us and what we will do.

We take these reports seriously. We also want to be straightforward about something: we will not remove a review simply because it is unflattering. Glasnik exists so that employees can describe their working conditions honestly. Negative but genuine experience is exactly what the platform is for. What we act on is content that is unlawful, false as a matter of fact, or breaches our Community Guidelines.

How to submit a notice

Email legal@glasnik.bg with the subject line "Notice and Action". Please include:

  1. The content. A link, or enough detail for us to identify the specific post, comment or review.
  2. Your organisation and your role in it, and confirmation that you are authorised to act for it.
  3. The specific problem. Which part is objectionable, and on what basis — unlawful, factually false, breaches a specific guideline.
  4. Why. For a factual claim, explain what is untrue and, where you can, what the correct position is. Evidence helps.
  5. Your contact details for our reply.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and given in good faith.

Notices that are vague — "this review is unfair" — are difficult to act on. The more specific you are, the faster this goes.

What we do

We acknowledge within 2 business days.

We assess within 7 business days, or faster where the content appears seriously harmful or unlawful. We look at the content, our guidelines, your notice, and where relevant the author's response.

We decide. The outcomes are:

Outcome When
Remove the content It is unlawful, or clearly breaches our guidelines
Restrict or label the content The issue is partial, contested, or context is missing
Leave it up It is legitimate opinion or a factual account we have no basis to doubt
Ask the author to amend A specific claim is disputed but the review is otherwise sound

We tell you the outcome and the reason. We also tell the author when we act on their content, and give them a route to contest it.

Right of reply

For reviews, we would usually rather add context than remove speech. If your organisation claims its page, you will be able to respond publicly to reviews, and your response appears alongside them. A visible, measured reply is often more persuasive to readers than a removal would be.

To claim your organisation's page, contact legal@glasnik.bg. We verify that you are authorised using an email address on the organisation's domain.

Urgent cases

Contact legal@glasnik.bg marked URGENT where content involves a credible threat to someone's safety, the disclosure of personal data, or an active legal matter. We prioritise these.

We comply with valid legal orders from competent authorities. Please send these to legal@glasnik.bg.

We will tell the affected member that we have received an order concerning their content unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

On identifying members: Glasnik holds work email addresses separately from published content and in protected form. We hold account registration details and will disclose them only where compelled by a valid legal order. We are not able to produce information we do not possess.

If you disagree with our decision

Reply to our decision email explaining why, with any further information. A different person will review it. If you remain dissatisfied you retain all your legal rights, including recourse to the courts, and any out-of-court dispute settlement mechanisms available under applicable law.

Abuse of this process

Notices submitted in bad faith — to suppress legitimate criticism, or containing knowingly false statements — will be rejected, and repeated abuse may result in us declining to process further notices from that source.
